Onestamente, a parte un aspetto orribile, Pelipper non offre niente di più di un qualunque altro tipo Water in RSE. L'ultimo slot è un filler per l'assenza di una mossa migliore.

Potete provare a stallare con Protect e Toxic, o ad usare Mimic - potrebbe anche essere divertente.
